Garlic Almond Dressing

INGREDIENTS:
1 - 2 Tbsp. Minced Fresh Garlic, depending on your desired intensity
2 Tbsp. Salute Sante Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil
2 Inch Piece Fresh Ginger, chopped or minced
½ Cup Salute Sante Grapeseed Oil
½ Lemon, juiced
1 Tbsp. Almond Butter
¼ - ½ Cup Water, depending on desired finished consistency
2 Tbsp. Agave Nectar
1/16 tsp. Stevia Select, optional to take away the bite of the garlic

1. Warm the fresh garlic in the Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil.

2. Add this with the rest of the ingredients into Vita Mix blender - blend on high until smooth and creamy. (about 30 seconds)

Recommended:
Place this dressing over the Broccoli Carrot Fennel Salad.

Homemade Grapeseed Dressing

INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Grapeseed Oil
1 Lemon, juiced
1 Tbsp Agave Nectar

Blend this mixture together until it is creamy

Lemon Ginger Dressing

INGREDIENTS:
2 Iinch Piece Ginger, minced
2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Agave
½ Cup Grapeseed Oil Salute Sante
1. Blend on high in Vita Mix Blender until smooth. (about 30 seconds)

Recommended:
Garlic can be added to this recipe to make a delicious garlic dressing.

*THIS RECIPE CAN ALSO BE MADE WITHOUT THE LEMON AND STILL BE VERY GOOD*

Pineapple Sweet & Sour Dressing

INGREDIENTS:
½ Cup Salute Sante Grapeseed Oil
1/8 tsp. Sweet Leaf Stevia Plus, optional
2 Inch Piece Ginger, minced
2 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp. Agave
½ to 1 Cup Fresh Pineapple
1. Blend on high in Vita Mix Blender until smooth and creamy. ( about 30 seconds)
Use over steamed vegetables, rice, salad, etc. Anything you would use a sweet & sour dressing for.

Red Beet Oregano Dressing

INGREDIENTS:
1 Medium Red Beet, peeled and sliced
1 Lime, juiced
1 Tbsp. Agave Nectar or Honey
4 Stems 4” Long Fresh Oregano
1 Cup Salute Sante Grapeseed Oil

1. Put all ingredients into Vita Mix Blender wet blade container and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Optional:
-For more intense flavor of oregano, add ¼ tsp. dried oregano.

-Add ¼ to ½ cup of roasted English Walnuts to container before blending.

-To make a dip for vegetables, use only ½ cup of grapeseed oil.

Walnut Dressing

INGREDIENTS:
½ Cup Lightly Roasted Walnuts
½ Cup Salute Sante Grapeseed Oil
1 Lime, juiced
1 tsp. Agave
1/8 tsp. Sweet Leaf Stevia Plus
1 Stalk of Celery

1. Lightly roast nuts you need by placing them in an oven at 150 degrees for an hour or two. If you forget about them and they go say 4 hours or overnight as I have done, it is okay. Nothing adverse happens. They are still very good and surprisingly sweet tasting.

2. Blend in Vita Mix blender on low then take it to high until the dressing is smooth and creamy.

Recommended:
This dressing is very good over what we call dandelion salad.

Carrot Oregano Dressing

INGREDIENTS:
3 Medium Size Carrots
1 Cup Plain Salute Sante Grapeseed Oil
1 Lime, juiced
1 or 2 Tbsp. Agave Nectar to taste
½ tsp. Dried Oregano
Put all ingredients into Vita Mix blender. Start with slow speed then take it up to High. This should be nice and creamy.
